Today, Ukraine’s healthcare system is simultaneously overcoming the consequences of the war and shaping a new model of healthcare — one that is modern, evidence-based, accessible, and focused on people’s needs. That is why it is important to create platforms for dialogue between the government, the medical community, international partners, donors, and the business sector.
On September 2–3, Kyiv will host Ukraine ReHealth 2026 — an international conference dedicated to the recovery, transformation, and development of Ukraine’s healthcare system.
The ZDOROVI National Agency is the official medical partner of the event and invites healthcare professionals, representatives of healthcare institutions, the public sector, international organizations, the business community, and everyone working toward the future of healthcare in Ukraine to join the conference.
What will be discussed at Ukraine ReHealth 2026?
The event program includes 10 thematic panels covering key areas of the sector’s recovery and development:
- an assessment of the current state of the healthcare system, its key challenges, and opportunities for international partnerships;
- funding mechanisms and tools for attracting investment to reconstruction projects;
- the design and development of modern, innovative, and sustainable hospitals of the future;
- Ukraine’s current needs for advanced medical technologies, equipment, and infrastructure solutions;
- the development of the domestic HealthTech sector, its investment potential, and ways to build investor confidence.
Representatives of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, international financial institutions, charitable foundations, civil society organizations, and the business community will take part in the discussions.
ZDOROVI at Ukraine ReHealth 2026
The ZDOROVI team will actively participate in the conference program.
On September 2, from 3:15 to 4:00 p.m., Nataliia Tulinova will lead a workshop for heads of regional state administrations and healthcare institutions titled “Practical Fundraising for the Healthcare System.”
On September 3, from 2:00 to 3:15 p.m., Nataliia Tulinova will moderate Panel 5, “International Partnerships to Strengthen Healthcare in Ukraine’s Frontline Regions.”
The panel will bring together representatives from six regions of Ukraine — Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Odesa. They will share their experiences, current needs, and practical solutions already being implemented in frontline healthcare.
Key topics will include emergency care and evacuation, hospital operations amid an ongoing crisis, complex cases and trauma, infrastructure resilience, energy independence, logistics, international cooperation, and opportunities to scale up effective practices.
For ZDOROVI, this is an important part of the professional dialogue: discussing the needs of frontline healthcare not in abstract terms, but through the real-world experiences of healthcare facilities and specific solutions that require support and scale-up.
