Ukrainian hospitals today are not just places where lives are saved. They have become points of support for entire communities, centers of resilience, where people receive not only medical care, but also a sense of security. How to preserve this function in times of unprecedented challenges and at the same time move forward?

Answers will be sought on October 1, 2025 in Kyiv, during the 34th International Exhibition Public Health: Solutions and Innovations in Management and Medical Practice, where the one-day ZDOROVI conference on the topic "Change Management and Transformation of Medical Services in Times of Challenges" will be held.

Public Health is the largest platform in Ukraine for exchanging experiences in the healthcare sector. From October 1 to 3, the exhibition will bring together hundreds of doctors, managers, international experts and medical equipment manufacturers to discuss innovations, new technologies and long-term strategies for the development of medicine.

The ZDOROVI conference will be one of the key events that will focus on issues of change management and the resilience of medical institutions in crisis conditions. Special emphasis will be placed on the practical workshop “Fundraising for hospitals: attracting international assistance”. This is a unique opportunity for heads of healthcare institutions to receive real tools for cooperation with donors.
