This practical workshop is designed for healthcare leaders seeking to strengthen their management capacity and enhance the financial resilience of healthcare institutions in an increasingly complex environment shaped by ongoing crises, evolving healthcare reforms, and growing expectations for high-quality services.
Senior executives and leaders of public and private healthcare institutions, including:
- Hospital Directors and Deputy Directors (Medical Affairs, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Chief Medical Officers
- Directors of Nursing
- Heads of Clinical Departments
Participants will gain practical insights into effective management tools, strategies for strengthening the financial sustainability of healthcare institutions, crisis management, and strategic planning for organizational development.
The workshop will take place as part of the conference Transformation Pathways: Strategy, Resilience, and International Leadership in Healthcare and will provide a platform for professional exchange among healthcare leaders, experts, and representatives of the international community.
Participants who complete the workshop will receive a certificate awarding 4.5 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits in accordance with the current national CPD requirements.
