Ukraine’s healthcare system operates under high operational pressure, information overload, and the constant need to make timely management decisions. To manage a healthcare facility effectively, leadership teams need to adopt new digital tools that can streamline routine processes, free up time for strategic priorities, and improve the quality of analysis and decision-making.

The masterclass «AI for Healthcare Facility Leaders» is designed to provide practical use cases for applying artificial intelligence in the day-to-day work of healthcare managers — from automating documentation to preparing analytical materials and supporting decision-making in conditions of uncertainty.

Participants will learn how to:

• Use AI tools effectively and safely in healthcare facility management;
• Set up a secure working environment for analysing and comparing regulatory frameworks and internal documents;
• Prepare high-quality standard operating procedures (SOPs), grant applications, analytical briefs, and presentations;
• Develop decision-making scenarios in situations of uncertainty and ambiguity;
• Identify and describe operational processes for further automation, including schedules, reports, and incoming requests;
• Follow strict cybersecurity requirements and legal boundaries when using AI.
  

The programme includes practical work on an end-to-end case study, analysis of real-life management tasks, hands-on work with prompt templates, discussion, and a final assessment.

Trainer: Anton Savochka — PhD in History, certified ToP facilitator, business trainer (ICBT), and ICF-standard coach with more than 12 years of experience implementing educational and strategic projects in 20 countries.
