An international humanitarian conference for the development of Ukrainian medicine was held in Kyiv
The organizers were the National Agency for Humanitarian Aid ZDOROVI and the Razom for Ukraine Charitable Foundation.
Organizers of the conference “New Medicine - RAZOM”, which brought together more than a hundred representatives of the humanitarian and medical sphere from different parts of Ukraine and abroad, were the National Agency for Humanitarian Aid ZDOROVI and the Razom for Ukraine Charitable Foundation.
Minister of Health of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko, who took part in the conference, noted that the meeting of representatives of the Ukrainian and foreign humanitarian sector, national and foreign charitable organizations is of great importance for the sustainability of Ukrainian healthcare today. The head of the Ministry of Health spoke about the work of the department and the priority tasks of the industry as a whole.
The head of the National Health Service, Nataliia Husak, presented the results of medical reform and innovative approaches to financing and procurement in the sector to conference participants.
The conference speakers were representatives of the Ministry of Health, the National Health Service of Ukraine, HEALTH CLUSTER OCHA, the RAZOM charitable foundations, International Medical Corps, the National Agency for Humanitarian Aid ZDOROVI, Tabletochki, Patients of Ukraine and others.
Participants presented successful cases in the field of humanitarian response to the needs healthcare today. The focus was on helping the military, veterans and victims of Russian aggression. Development of international partnership. Humanitarian aid management mechanisms. Transformation of Ukrainian hospitals to international standards. Countering the destructive influence of military action. Restoring the medical sector and increasing the availability and quality of medical services throughout Ukraine. According to the founder of ZDOROVI Nataliia Tulinova:

For the informal part of the conference, the organizers prepared a socially important initiative called “Sharing Bread”. The participants of the event personally prepared baked goods for more than 100 residents of the Kyiv boarding house for labor veterans.
